     Jacqueline “Jae” Smith is a dynamic leader, strategic thinker, and transformational voice committed to helping individuals and organizations move from vision to execution. With over 20 years of experience serving behind the scenes in leadership, academic, faith-based, and organizational spaces, she has built a reputation as a trusted partner known for bringing order, clarity, and excellence to every environment she supports.

     Throughout her career, Jae has worked closely with executives, leadership teams, and institutions—managing complex operations, coordinating high-level initiatives, and ensuring that vision is not only articulated, but effectively executed. Her ability to bridge strategy with execution, while maintaining discretion and precision, has positioned her as a valued partner in high-level environments.

     But her journey didn’t begin with a company—it began with a calling.

     After years of serving as the one who helped others build, organize, and sustain their vision, Jae recognized a deeper purpose in her work: to not only support leaders, but to equip them. What she had been doing naturally—creating systems, developing leaders, guiding growth, and encouraging transformation—became the foundation for something greater.

     That foundation gave birth to Intentional Impact Group.

     Beyond her professional work, Jae is deeply committed to community service and organizational leadership. She actively serves in multiple civic, fraternal, and community-based organizations, contributing to leadership development, membership growth initiatives, and programs that strengthen both individuals and communities. In addition, she serves on several nonprofit boards throughout the state of Florida, where she provides strategic insight, governance support, and a commitment to advancing mission-driven work.
